Shipping your package
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days of receipt of payment. They are sent via Swiss Post with a tracking number and delivered without signature. Packages can also be delivered against signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it incurs additional costs. Whatever delivery method you choose, we send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
Complaints
The goods cannot be exchanged, except for damage.
In such a case, please take a picture of the package, report it directly to the postman or at the post office and send us the picture in attached file through our contact form.
Return of goods
All sales are final. There is no refund and no return policy.
We make the choice of responsible purchasing. A way like any other to limit the carbon footprint linked to the transport(s) of goods.
