Delivery

Your order will generally be processed within two business days of receipt of payment. The dispatch takes place with the Swiss Post. You will be notified if delivery cannot be made within one week. We decline all responsibility in the event of late delivery. No claim for damages can be asserted.

Minimum order amount

A surcharge of CHF 5.00 is applied to orders below CHF 25.00.

Prices

All prices are expressed in Swiss francs (CHF) and euros (€), including VAT.

Shipping costs

Deliveries in Switzerland
The flat-rate shipping costs are CHF 7.90.

Deliveries abroad
Shipping costs will be determined on a case-by-case basis and communicated in advance.

Complaints

All orders are firm and definitive. The delivery cannot be returned or exchanged.
There is no right of return or refund.
Any complaint must be submitted through our contact form.

The provisions of Swiss law are applicable. The french translation of all conditions, terms of service including all policies, prevail.
